# Omnichannel inbox: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat

> WYP.chat brings six channels into one shared inbox: WhatsApp through Meta’s official API, Instagram, Messenger, your Telegram bot, email and your website chat. The team answers everything from one screen, every conversation has an owner, and a customer who writes on two channels can be kept on a single record.

## Available today

### [WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business API](https://wyp.chat/en/channels/whatsapp-business-api)

WhatsApp runs on Meta’s official API: several users, campaigns and automated messages, connected without a developer while you keep the app on your phone.

### [Instagram messages as a team](https://wyp.chat/en/channels/instagram)

Direct messages to your Instagram professional account arrive with the customer’s profile, and every conversation has an owner.

### [Messenger for your Facebook Page](https://wyp.chat/en/channels/messenger)

Messages to your Facebook Page, assigned to one person, with delivery and read receipts.

### [Shared email inbox alongside WhatsApp](https://wyp.chat/en/channels/email)

Your contact address forwards to WYP.chat: the team replies in the thread and the customer gets the answer in their usual email.

### [Chat for your website](https://wyp.chat/en/channels/website-chat)

A chat bubble in your colours, installed with one line of code. An AI agent can answer while you are away, and visitors who left get the reply by email.

### [Telegram for business, with your own bot](https://wyp.chat/en/channels/telegram)

Your Telegram bot, set up in five minutes with BotFather: customer messages arrive alongside WhatsApp, with no 24-hour window and no credits per message.

### Coming soon

Apple Messages for Business, LINE, RCS, SMS, TikTok, Viber, WeChat and X (Twitter) are coming soon. No dates have been announced.

## Frequently asked questions

### Do I pay extra for each channel?

No. Every available channel is included in every plan, starting with the free one. Only some WhatsApp messages are charged by Meta, separately.

### If a customer writes on WhatsApp and then by email, do they appear twice?

Each channel keeps its own conversation, but the customer has one record: two records with the same email address are merged, and WYP.chat suggests merging those with the same first and last name.
