# Choose a plan and manage your subscription

> WYP.chat offers four plans for the whole workspace, with unlimited users: Free, Solo at €29 excl. VAT a month, Team at €99 and Pro at €199. Each new workspace starts with a 14-day trial, with no bank card needed: a Solo trial if you work alone, a Pro trial if you work as a team.

## Steps

1. When you sign up, the **What is your business?** screen asks **Do you work alone or as a team?** **Alone** opens a Solo trial: team features stay visible, marked “Team plan”. **As a team** opens a Pro trial. You can change your answer during the trial.
2. Open **Settings**, **Subscription** tab (visible to the workspace owner only).
3. **Your plan** shows the current plan and the trial days left. At the end of the trial, the workspace moves to the **Free** plan, with no time limit, unless you choose a plan.

4. **This month** shows your counters: WhatsApp numbers, conversations with your customers, campaign recipients. They go back to zero on the 1st of each month.
5. In **Plans**, choose **Monthly** or **Yearly** (2 months free), compare **Free**, **Solo**, **Team** and **Pro**, then click the plan’s button, for example **Choose Solo**. Payment takes place on Stripe’s secure page.

6. Once you have subscribed, **Manage billing** opens the Stripe area: card, invoices, VAT number, plan change and cancellation.

## The plans

- **Free**, €0: 1 WhatsApp number, 50 conversations a month, 20 replies from your AI agent a month. Scenarios and campaigns are available, paid for with [credits](https://wyp.chat/en/help/credits).
- **Solo**, €29 excl. VAT a month: 1 number, unlimited conversations, campaigns (1,000 recipients a month), scenarios and automatic messages included, A/B testing and follow-ups, 300 replies from your AI agent.
- **Team**, €99 excl. VAT a month: 3 numbers, 10,000 recipients, plus teams, response times, Slack and telephony, 400 replies from your AI agent.
- **Pro**, €199 excl. VAT a month: 10 numbers, 50,000 recipients, website chat without “Made by WYP.chat”, 1,500 replies from your AI agent.

On a yearly plan, you pay 10 months for 12: €290, €990 or €1,990 excl. VAT a year.

**Founder price**: €19 excl. VAT a month for the first year for the first 20 Solo subscribers on a monthly plan. The discount is applied automatically at checkout while places last; then Solo goes back to €29 excl. VAT.

**Good to know** Every plan includes WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat. Opening hours too, for the AI agent and Veilleur; only tracked response times need the Team or Pro plan. Teams, several numbers and the website chat without the WYP.chat mention stay reserved for subscriptions, even with credits. On the Free plan, when the month’s credits go over €15, the Subscription page compares with Solo, and one email a month at most reminds you (untick it in **Credits or subscription**). Conversation limit reached: conversations where the team has already replied this month carry on, and incoming messages are never blocked. Replies from your AI agent used up and no credits left: it stays quiet and the team replies. After a failed payment, the plan stays active for 7 days. Meta bills the price of WhatsApp messages separately.
