# Buy and use credits

> Credits pay for what goes beyond your monthly plan: conversations, campaign recipients, replies from your AI agent and, without a subscription, automatic messages. They come in packs from €15 excl. VAT per 1,000, with no renewal.

## Steps

1. Open **Settings › Subscription**, **Credits** section (visible to the workspace owner only).
2. Choose a pack: **Discovery** (1,000 credits, €15 excl. VAT), **Activity** (5,000, €60 excl. VAT) or **Volume** (20,000, €200 excl. VAT).
3. Click the payment button, for example **Pay €60 excl. VAT**: it is a one-off payment, with no renewal. The invoice is in **Manage billing**.

4. Follow your balance, the expiry date of each pack and the history on the same page.

## What a credit is worth

- Conversation beyond your plan: 15 credits, only once in the month.
- Campaign recipient beyond your plan: 1 credit. On the Free plan, every recipient is paid in credits.
- Reply from your AI agent beyond those included: 4 credits without a subscription, 2 with a subscription or during the trial.
- Automatic message (scenario, reminder, follow-up, automatic send): 2 credits without a subscription, included with a subscription.
- Voice reply from your AI agent: 3 credits, on top of the reply.
- RCS message: 12 credits (coming soon). SMS: 8 credits (coming soon).
- Telegram message: no credits, sent or received.

## No credits or included replies left

- Your AI agent stops and hands over to the team: the customer gets a holding message, a line says so in the thread, and the owner and administrators get a notification, once a month.
- An automatic message refused by WhatsApp after sending is refunded in credits, and a line says so in the conversation.

**Good to know** Your monthly plan is used first, then credits, oldest first; each pack stays valid for 12 months. A message is counted only once, when it is sent, and its credits are returned if it could not go out. Incoming messages cost nothing; the message cost billed by Meta is separate. Without credits, an automatic message does not go out: the scenario stops and a line says so in the conversation. When less than 10% of the credits you bought is left, a banner and an email alert the owner. On the Free plan, beyond €15 of credits in the month, the Subscription page shows what Solo would cost.
