No. WhatsApp messages are paid directly to Meta, at Meta’s price. For example, 1,000 marketing messages in the UK cost €52.60 at Meta’s rate of 1 October 2026.
To go beyond your monthly plan or use WYP.chat with no subscription, from €15 excl. VAT: on the Free plan, they pay for conversations beyond the 50 included, campaigns and automated scenario messages. They are valid for 12 months and do not renew.
If you answer alone from one phone, it is. As a team, it stops at one phone and 4 linked devices, and does not show who replied. WYP.chat uses Meta’s official API: unlimited users, and every conversation has an owner.
