Missing documents
A quick reply lists what is missing and where to upload it. If the client does not reply, a follow-up goes out after 24 hours.
WYP.chat gives your firm a shared WhatsApp number: each client is assigned to the person handling their matter, colleagues only see their own team’s conversations, and sensitive actions are logged. WhatsApp stays a practical channel, not a safe: confidential documents go through your secure system.
Your whole team, no seats to count. With 5 people, the Team plan costs €99 a month excl. VAT, the same as with one. You pay Meta directly for its messages, with no markup.
For firms: accountants, solicitors, tax advisers, consultancies.

Clients always message the same number. The conversation goes to the person handling their matter, and a colleague picks it up during holidays.
The “Meeting” button offers the adviser’s available slots from their Google Calendar, with a Meet link if the meeting is online.
Let the client know the accounts or the draft are ready, without sending them in the chat: they stay in your secure system.
Confidentiality applies to WhatsApp as it does to the rest of the firm. The rules rarely name WhatsApp, but they cover every medium. Two examples from the EU:
This page is not professional or legal advice: check your own regulator’s or professional body’s guidance.
WYP.chat uses Meta’s official API. Meta says so in its documentation: the message travels encrypted to the API, which then decrypts it and passes it to the business. So it is not end-to-end encryption between your client and the firm.
WhatsApp is for the practical side: meetings, reminders, updates. The substance of the matter belongs in your secure system.
WYP.chat gives you controls. Professional confidentiality and data protection remain your responsibility: the right-hand column says what is down to you.
| What the firm needs | What WYP.chat does | What remains your job |
|---|---|---|
| Only those on the matter see the conversation | Each person sees what is assigned to them and to their teams, nothing else | Set up the teams and link each number to a team |
| Knowing who replied and who did what | Author on every message, append-only audit log of sensitive actions | Review the log (owner and admins) |
| Protecting logins | Two-factor authentication mandatory for owners, admins and supervisors; passkeys | Ask other staff to turn it on |
| Knowing where the data is | Database in Frankfurt, files in the European Union; WhatsApp messages are processed by Meta | Tell your clients which channel you use |
| A processor agreement | WYP.chat acts as processor (GDPR Article 28); its privacy policy serves as the agreement | Record it in your processing register |
| Erasing a client | Permanent deletion of the contact, their messages and files | Decide when to use it, given your retention duties |
| Exchanging confidential documents | Attachments are possible, nothing requires them | Use your secure system instead |
By default, staff do not see the whole inbox: only what is assigned to them, their teams’ conversations and those of the numbers linked to their teams.
Security →Never automated advice: Coucou answers from your FAQ and pages, hands over as soon as someone asks for a quote, an exact price or a person, and every reply is labelled “AI”. Keep its FAQ to practical questions.
Answers practical questions (opening hours, directions, documents to prepare) from your FAQ and pages, and hands over for any question about a case.
Will offer appointment slots from your calendar, confirm them and handle rescheduling.
Will send fee invoices and chase unpaid ones tactfully, after your approval.
Coucou and Allô are available today on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and your website chat, and Veilleur replies when you are closed, with your reopening time. The other agents are coming soon.
Every AI agent, mission by mission →You keep the firm’s number, and the WhatsApp Business app can stay on the reception phone.
Teams split the inbox by department or partner: they come with Team and Pro, along with 3 WhatsApp numbers, response times and unlimited users. A sole practitioner starts on Solo (€29).
In most places, yes, as long as confidentiality rules are kept: they cover every medium. Keep WhatsApp for practical exchanges, use a secure channel for documents and advice, and control who can read the conversations. Check your professional body’s guidance if in doubt.
Not with the Meta API that WYP.chat uses, like any software connected to WhatsApp through that API. The message is encrypted up to Meta, which decrypts it to pass it to the firm and keeps it for 30 days at most. At WYP.chat, data sits in a database in Frankfurt and files in the European Union.
The person it is assigned to, members of the relevant teams, those teams’ supervisors, the admins and the owner. A number not linked to any team is visible to everyone: link it.
Yes, on WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram and your website chat, and only with what you give it: your FAQ, your pages and your documents. It hands over to the team for quotes, prices or a request to speak to someone. Do not give it tax or legal questions: no AI should advise in your name.
You remove their access and they can no longer see anything. Their conversations stay with the firm, with the full history, and you assign them to a colleague. That is not the case if they were replying from their personal WhatsApp.
The Free plan covers 50 conversations a month. Solo costs €29 a month and Team, with the teams that split the inbox, €99, excl. VAT. Unlimited users on every plan.
Every lead who writes on WhatsApp or website chat goes to the right rep, with their record, notes and Google Meet meetings.
Every buyer, tenant or seller enquiry has an owner, viewings go into Google Calendar and conversations stay with the agency.
Several people working across one or more numbers, an owner for every conversation, response times tracked and escalated, supervisors for each team.
