SnapCall with WYP.chat: claims with evidence, from WhatsApp to a decision

SnapCall is available with WYP.chat as a set-up guided by WYP. A claim arrives on WhatsApp, your team sends SnapCall’s guided-capture link, its visual AI agents analyse the evidence, and the decision follows your rules. There is no “Connect” button yet: a direct connection is planned with SnapCall’s API.

A claim whose outcome depends on evidence

Refund, replacement, repair, credit note: in each case the decision waits for a photo, a video or a document. SnapCall collects that evidence and analyses it, so your team does not have to ask for it message after message.

An item arrives damaged

The customer writes on WhatsApp. Your team sends the guided-capture link: they film the item step by step on their phone, with nothing to install. Today, your team reads the result in SnapCall and copies it into the conversation.

What WYP.chat and SnapCall do together

Each keeps its own role. WYP.chat receives the conversation and handles it as a team; SnapCall collects the evidence, analyses it and makes it usable. Your CRM or ticketing software stays the system of record.

Claim received (WYP.chat)
The request arrives on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, by email or on your website chat, in the shared inbox. A team member owns it.
Guided capture (SnapCall)
The customer opens a link and follows the steps on their phone: a photo of the label, a video of the product, a document. There is no app to install, and anything unreadable or missing is flagged while they record.
Evidence analysis (SnapCall)
SnapCall’s visual AI agents read the photos, videos and documents and extract what matters: product, serial number, damage, date, amount.
Decision by your rules (SnapCall)
The analysis is checked against your warranty, returns or refund rules. Each item read carries a confidence score: below the threshold you set, someone on your team decides.
Reply to the customer (WYP.chat)
Your team replies in the conversation with the decision. Today, they copy it across by hand; with SnapCall’s API, the result will come back into the thread.

Guided set-up

What exists today, and what is planned

WYP.chat has no “Connect SnapCall” button. We set SnapCall up with you, alongside WYP.chat, and we say plainly what stays manual.

Request the set-up, step by step →
Today
You write to us and we set SnapCall up with you: claim types, expected evidence, decision rules. Your team sends the capture link from the conversation (a quick reply pastes it in two clicks) and copies the decision into the thread.
Planned
A direct connection with SnapCall’s API: send the capture link from the conversation and bring the result back into it. SnapCall announces an API and an MCP, with no date. We give none either.
In the app
The SnapCall card on the Channels screen reads “Available · set up with WYP” and leads to this page. There is nothing to connect in the settings.
Your decision
The rule is yours, and below the confidence threshold a person decides. When an image looks doubtful, SnapCall asks for a new guided capture rather than refusing.

Setting up SnapCall with WYP

A few exchanges, once: we do the set-up with you.

There are no settings in the app: there is no “Connect” button. Conversations stay in WYP.chat; the capture and its analysis stay in SnapCall.

  1. 1 Request the set-up Write to us on WhatsApp or through the website chat and tell us which claims you receive: damaged product, order not as expected, warranty.
  2. 2 Choose the claims to handle Together we list the evidence expected for each type of claim and the decision rule: replacement, credit, refund, or hand-over to your team.
  3. 3 Set SnapCall up We set SnapCall up alongside WYP.chat and configure the capture link, the visual AI agents and the confidence threshold with you.
  4. 4 Send the link from the conversation In WYP.chat, save the link as a quick reply: a team member sends it to the customer in two clicks, then copies the decision into the conversation.

What the set-up does not do (yet)

So you know what to expect:

  • There is no technical connection between WYP.chat and SnapCall: no “Connect” button in the app.
  • Until SnapCall’s API is connected, a team member sends the capture link and copies the decision into the conversation.
  • SnapCall announces its API and an MCP, with no date. The direct connection will follow, also with no date.
  • SnapCall does not replace your own system: your CRM or ticketing software stays the system of record.
  • SnapCall is for claims whose outcome depends on evidence. A price question or an appointment stays an ordinary WYP.chat conversation.
  • The photos and videos from a capture are kept by SnapCall, not by WYP.chat.
Plan

WYP.chat and SnapCall, two separate plans

WYP.chat’s plans are shown on the pricing page, with the Free that has no time limit. SnapCall publishes its plans without amounts: its price is settled with us when you make your request. Sending the capture link is a message like any other in the conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Is SnapCall connected to WYP.chat?

Not through a technical connection: there is no “Connect” button. SnapCall is available as a guided set-up: you write to us and we set it up with you alongside WYP.chat. The direct connection will come with SnapCall’s API, with no date announced.

What is SnapCall for, alongside WYP.chat?

For settling claims whose outcome depends on evidence: refund, replacement, repair, credit note. WYP.chat receives the conversation; SnapCall collects the evidence through a guided capture, analyses it with its visual AI agents and checks it against your rules.

Do my customers have to install an app?

No. The customer opens a link on their phone and follows the steps of the guided capture.

Can the AI refuse a claim for me?

The decision rule is yours. Each item read carries a confidence score, and below the threshold you set, someone on your team decides. When evidence is missing or looks doubtful, SnapCall asks for another capture or passes the case to you.

Which claims does SnapCall handle?

Those that depend on evidence: a damaged or faulty product, a lost parcel, an order that is not as expected, a warranty, a return. A conversation with no evidence to analyse, such as a price question or an appointment, stays in WYP.chat.

How much does SnapCall cost?

SnapCall publishes its plans (Light, Core and Scale) without amounts. We settle its price with you when you request the set-up. WYP.chat’s plans are on the pricing page.

Compare WYP.chat plans →

Where are the photos and videos kept?

With SnapCall, not with WYP.chat, for the length of your SnapCall plan. WYP.chat keeps the conversation, for the retention period set for your workspace.

When will the direct connection arrive?

SnapCall announces that its API and an MCP are opening, with no date. We announce none either: this page always tells you what works today.

Other integrations and related features

Which industries it suits

The industries where this helps most, and why.

  • WhatsApp for online shops

A damaged parcel or an item that differs from the listing: the evidence is captured before a refund or a replacement is decided.

  • WhatsApp for shops

A faulty product or a warranty claim: the serial number and proof of purchase are read from the photo, and your returns rule applies.

  • WhatsApp ordering for restaurants

An incomplete delivery or a dish that is not as ordered: one guided photo, then a credit or a resend by your rules.

  • WhatsApp for tradespeople

A customer describes a fault: the guided photo gathers what you need to see before you travel.
