WhatsApp Business channels and integrations

WYP.chat currently brings six channels into one shared inbox: WhatsApp Business (Meta’s official API), Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, email and website chat. Six integrations are live: Google Calendar, Meet and Contacts, Slack, Ringover telephony, Calendly and Cal.com bookings, with a WhatsApp reminder the day before, and SnapCall for claims with evidence, set up with you by WYP. Every other channel and tool on this page is planned or under review, and not open yet, and each one shows its status.

Frequently asked questions

Which channels can I connect to WYP.chat today?

Six: WhatsApp Business through Meta’s official API, Instagram, Messenger, your Telegram bot, email and your website chat. Their messages arrive in the same shared inbox.

Can I connect Telegram?

Yes. Create your bot with BotFather, Telegram’s official tool, then paste its token in Channels: private messages sent to the bot arrive in the shared inbox, with no 24-hour window and no credits per message. RCS, SMS, TikTok and the other messaging apps on this page are not open yet.

Telegram for business with WYP.chat →

What about LinkedIn?

LinkedIn is under review, not in progress: LinkedIn requires explicit approval for most of its APIs. We promise nothing until that access is granted.

Does WYP.chat integrate with HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce?

Not yet. These integrations are planned, along with Shopify, Brevo, Zendesk, Outlook Calendar, Aircall, Zapier, webhooks and the API. Google Calendar, Meet and Contacts, Slack, Ringover, Calendly, Cal.com and SnapCall are available today.

Does WYP.chat work with Calendly or Cal.com?

Yes. Every booking, reschedule or cancellation shows in the customer’s WhatsApp conversation, and the Appointment reminder scenario messages them the day before, with “I confirm” and “Change”. Calendly needs a paid plan for this. Your booking page also opens in the website chat bubble.

Does WYP.chat work with SnapCall?

Yes, as a set-up guided by WYP: we set SnapCall up with you, alongside WYP.chat, for claims whose outcome depends on evidence. Your team sends the guided-capture link from the conversation and copies the decision into the thread. There is no “Connect” button: a direct connection is planned with SnapCall’s API, with no date.

SnapCall with WYP.chat →

How does the Google integration work?

Each team member connects their own Google account. From a conversation, they offer a Google Meet appointment in their available slots, and they can import their Google contacts.

Does WYP.chat work with Ringover or Aircall?

With Ringover, yes: every call shows in the customer’s WhatsApp conversation, you call back in one click, and a missed call can get a WhatsApp message two minutes later, on the Team and Pro plans. Aircall is coming soon, on the same model.
