WhatsApp and your customers in Slack
WYP.chat connects to your Slack workspace: your team gets alerts from WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, Telegram, website chat and email there, with a link to each conversation. They can also reply to customers directly from Slack.
- Real-time alerts
- One channel per team
- Reply from Slack
- Team and Pro plans
Manage your conversations from Slack
Each conversation opens a thread in your Slack channel. You reply in the thread and the message goes to the customer on their channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, website chat or email. Everything stays in sync with WYP.chat.
- One thread per conversation
- Customer messages, team replies and internal notes all land in the same thread.
- Reply in the thread
- The message goes to the customer on behalf of the WYP.chat member linked to your Slack account, with their usual permissions.
- Internal notes
- Start with “note:” and the message stays within the team: the customer does not see it.
- Take and Resolve
- Buttons in Slack to assign the conversation to yourself or close it, and a link to open it in WYP.chat.
- The 24-hour rule
- Outside the WhatsApp 24-hour window, Slack offers to open WYP.chat to send a template approved by Meta.
