The day-before reminder
At 6 pm the day before, the customer gets a WhatsApp message with two buttons. If they reply “Change”, they get the link to pick another slot.
WYP.chat connects Calendly to your WhatsApp conversations. Every booking, reschedule or cancellation shows in the customer’s conversation and on their record, and the Appointment reminder scenario messages them on WhatsApp the day before, with “I confirm” and “Change”. You need a paid Calendly plan and a token you paste once.
One customer books, another moves their slot, a third does not turn up: the team sees it in the conversation where they already reply.

When a customer asks for an appointment, the Appointment booking scenario and the AI agent send them your Calendly page. The confirmation then arrives in the thread.
The integration uses Calendly’s official API. You paste a personal access token into WYP.chat, which checks it and subscribes to your bookings itself: no webhook to set up.
