No. A Telegram bot can only write to someone who has started it, and WYP.chat does not offer Telegram campaigns. Share your bot’s link or QR code so customers write to you.
No. WYP.chat handles the private messages sent to your bot; messages from groups and channels are ignored.
The old token stops working and the channel needs reconnecting. Paste the new token in the channel’s settings: same bot, same t.me address, history kept.
